Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Deal Match AI ("Deal Match", the "Service"), operated by Macro Tech Titan, Inc., 8 The Green, Dover, DE 19901, USA ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to them. If you use the Service for a company, you accept them on its behalf.

1. The Service

Deal Match is software for finding, organizing and contacting business and investment contacts, and for sending outreach email from your own connected mailbox. Deal Match is a software tool; it is not a broker-dealer, investment adviser or placement agent, and nothing in the Service is an offer to buy or sell securities.

2. Your account

You must be at least 18 and give accurate account information. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your login secure. Tell us promptly at info@trydealmatch.com if you suspect unauthorized use.

3. Acceptable use

• You are the sender of record for every email you send through Deal Match, and you are responsible for its content and for having a lawful basis to contact each recipient.
• You must comply with CAN-SPAM, the TCPA, and all other applicable anti-spam, privacy, securities and marketing laws, including honoring unsubscribe requests and including a valid postal address.
• No spam, harassment, deceptive or misleading messages, impersonation, or unlawful content.
• Do not misuse the Service: no attempts to break security, overload it, scrape it, reverse-engineer it, or resell access without our written permission.
• Do not use data from the Service for any purpose prohibited by law, including decisions about credit, employment, insurance or housing.

We may suspend sending or the account if we reasonably believe these rules are being broken.

4. Your content

You own the content you add (leads, lists, files, notes, templates, campaigns). You give us the permission needed to host, process and display it to provide the Service to you and your team. You confirm you have the right to upload it.

5. Public-record and third-party data

Data we compile from public records and data providers is provided "as is" for research. It may be incomplete, out of date or wrong; check it before relying on it. You may use it only within the Service and as these terms and applicable law allow.

6. Connected mailboxes

When you connect a Google or Microsoft mailbox, we use it only to send the emails you initiate and, where enabled, to detect replies to them, as described in our Privacy Policy. You can disconnect at any time.

7. Credits, plans and billing

Paid plans and credits are billed in advance through Stripe and are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise. Credits are used as described in the Service (for example, revealing or exporting contact details). We may change prices with notice for future billing periods.

8. Termination

You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access for breach of these terms, non-payment, or to protect the Service or others. On termination we delete your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that any email will be delivered or answered, or that any data is accurate or complete.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

11. Indemnity

You will defend and indemnify us against claims arising from your content, your emails, or your breach of these terms or the law.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in Delaware have exclusive jurisdiction, except where the law gives you another forum.

13. Changes

We may update these terms and will post the new version here with a new effective date. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept it.
