Deal Match AI ("Deal Match", "we", "us") is operated by Macro Tech Titan, Inc., 8 The Green, Dover, DE 19901, USA. Contact: info@trydealmatch.com. This policy explains what personal data we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

1. What Deal Match is

Deal Match is software for finding, organizing and contacting business and investment contacts, and for sending outreach email from the user's own mailbox.

2. Data we collect

• Account data: your name, email address, company and billing details. Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store card numbers.
• Content you add: leads, lists, projects, imported files, notes, templates and campaigns.
• Public-record business data we compile from government and regulatory sources (for example the SEC, U.S. Department of Labor, IRS, FAA, CMS and state license boards).
• Enrichment results from third-party data providers that you or we invoke (for example RocketReach).
• Usage and device data (logs, IP address, browser) for security and product improvement.

3. Google user data (Gmail)

When you connect a Google account to Deal Match:

• Scopes and why we use them.
  • openid and email: to identify which mailbox you connected.
  • https://www.googleapis.com/auth/gmail.send: to send the emails you compose or schedule in Deal Match from your own mailbox.
  • https://www.googleapis.com/auth/gmail.readonly (only if this option is enabled for your account): to detect replies, bounces and out-of-office answers to emails sent through Deal Match, so that follow-ups stop automatically and replies appear in your Campaign Inbox.
• Minimum access. We access only what is needed for these features. We do not read unrelated mail for any other purpose.
• Storage. OAuth tokens are encrypted at rest (AES-256-GCM). Message metadata and the text of replies to Deal Match emails are stored to show your Campaign Inbox. They are deleted when you disconnect the mailbox or delete your account.
• Sharing. We do not sell Google user data and do not use it for advertising. We do not transfer it to third parties except as needed to provide the feature to you, to comply with applicable law, or as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets with notice to you. People at Deal Match do not read it except with your consent, for security or abuse investigations, or as required by law.
• AI. Google user data is not used to develop, improve or train generalized artificial intelligence or machine learning models. If you ask Deal Match to draft an answer to a reply, the reply text is sent to an AI provider only to produce that draft for you.

Limited Use disclosure. Deal Match AI's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

4. Microsoft 365 data

When you connect a Microsoft 365 or Outlook mailbox, we use the Microsoft Graph permissions Mail.Send and Mail.Read (with User.Read and offline_access) for the same purposes and with the same protections described for Google above: to send the emails you initiate and to detect replies, bounces and out-of-office answers to them.

5. How we use data

To provide and operate the service, send the emails you initiate, keep the service secure, provide support, bill you, and send legally required notices. We do not sell personal data.

6. Service providers

We use service providers bound by contract to process data only for us: hosting (Render, Vercel), database (Neon), payments (Stripe), and email delivery, AI and data-enrichment providers.

7. Retention

We keep your data while your account is active. After you delete your account, we delete your data within 30 days, and backups rotate out within a further 30 days, except where the law requires us to keep it longer.

8. Your choices and data deletion

• Disconnect a mailbox at any time in Email Accounts. We revoke the token at Google or Microsoft and delete the stored token.
• Revoke Google access yourself at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
• Delete your account in Settings, or by emailing info@trydealmatch.com. We delete your data as described under Retention.
• Unsubscribe: every outreach email sent through Deal Match contains an unsubscribe link.
• People in our public-record data can ask us to remove their information by emailing info@trydealmatch.com.

9. Security

We use TLS encryption in transit, encryption at rest, access controls and logging.

10. Children

Deal Match is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from children.

11. U.S. state privacy rights

Residents of California and other states with privacy laws can ask to access, delete or correct their personal data, and to opt out of the sale of personal data (we do not sell personal data). Contact us at the address above.
